Blue World City

Blue World City is a large-scale housing initiative by the Blue Group of Companies, strategically situated near Chakri Interchange, M-2 motorway, and the New Islamabad International Airport, with easy connectivity to Rawalpindi Ring Road and CPEC routes. Designed as Pakistan’s first “purpose-built tourist city,” it spans over 60,000+ kanals, featuring residential, commercial, farmhouses, and villa plots across multiple themed blocks — including General, Overseas, Waterfront, Sports Valley, Shoaib Akhtar Enclave, and more. The society is shaped by Chinese-Pakistani municipal collaboration, offering international-standard infrastructure — carpeted roads, underground utilities, its own power plant, 24/7 security, CCTV, and gated access . Major planned amenities include a replica of Istanbul’s Blue Mosque, a large water theme park, Safari zoo, 3D cinema, Torch Hotel, Villaggio shopping mall, sports arena, and Pakistan’s first purpose-built tourism infrastructure

Plot options range from 5 Marla to 2 Kanal (residential), 5–8 Marla commercial, plus farmhouses and villas — with ambassador-tailored Overseas Block and flexible installments over 40 months. Prices vary by block — approximately PKR 1.49M to 8.3M depending on plot and block .

Though the RDA/NOC approval is pending finalization, the project continues active development across multiple blocks, with visible progress in Sports Valley, Overseas, and Waterfront sectors. Buyer feedback online, notably Reddit, reflects skepticism over distance, approval, and land acquisition—while others acknowledge ongoing construction and milestones reached .
